Semi Automatic Wafer Cone Machine

This equipment is suitable for small and medium-sized ice cream factories and cone factories, with an output range of 120-3000 pieces/h. Operation is semi-automated, requiring one employee to operate each piece of equipment. If your local labor resources are relatively sufficient, you can consider purchasing ice cream cone equipment in bulk, which not only saves costs but also solves the employment problem.

Our company has designed two semi automatic types, and the pictures below show these two wafer cone machine. The one on the left is electric heating and the one on the right is gas heating.

According to the degree of automation, the following two wafer cone equipment can be automatically produced. The difference is that the equipment on the left is mainly used for baking and forming wafer cones, and the right side is a complete production line for wafer cones. In addition to forming, it also provides cone finishing, conveying and other processes. And the output is high, capable of producing 8,000 wafer cones per hour.

These two types of automatic ice cream cone machines can be considered for some countries with low labor resources. The output of the cone machine on the left is 1200-4500 pieces/h.

Semi Automatic Sugar Cone Machine

The rotary sugar cone machines are available in different models and the output range is 300-1200 pieces/h. It can automatically pour grouting, open and close the lid, and can produce different products, such as egg rolls, pizzelle and other product.

The whole machine is mainly composed of batter filling machine, cone baking machine and rolling machine. Produced with high-quality stainless steel materials, food production is safer.
