Sometimes it called Shang-hai-style egg roll wrappers, these wrappers are used typically to prepare lumpia, savory Filipino egg rolls. They are made from flour and water, or cornstarch, eggs, and water. The specific operation is as follows.

First add water to the beating bucket (in cold weather, use warm water about 30°C, and cold water in hot weather), then add edible oil, salt, and finally flour. The ratio is as follows: 100 kg of flour with 135 kg to 155 kg of water (depending on the dry humidity of the flour), 6 to 8 taels of edible oil, and 5 to 8 taels of salt.

Optional flours include spring roll flour, pastry flour (low gluten), and ordinary flour (high gluten). You can add ≤10% cornstarch to make the skin shiny. (When beating, stir for 5 minutes, wake up for 10 minutes, beat for 5 minutes, wake up for 10 minutes, reciprocate more than three times).
