How to Maintain Continuous Frying Machine
- Turn off the heating system and oil supply system. Cool down, recover oil and prepare caustic soda. Collect large pieces of dirt and oil residue in the trash can. Raise the air fryer and insert the bumper.
- Open the double-layer mesh belt and use a high-pressure water gun to clean the entire mesh belt, slag scraper, gear bracket, exhaust pipe, machine cover, filter and other places with dirt, and then check carefully to ensure that it is clean.
- Fill the fryer with clean water, add caustic soda, heat to 95°C and cook for 45 minutes. After cooking, drain the sewage.
- Use a high-pressure gun to clean the dirt and caustic soda in the fryer, clean the filter carefully, and rinse the inner and outer covers until it is clean.
- Prepare a 2-5% topo, lift the fryer, use a foam machine to clean the foam from top to bottom on the inner cover and other parts of the fryer, covering the inner and outer surfaces of the equipment, and the foam stays for 10-15 minutes.
- Clean it with a high-pressure gun. Visually inspect all areas to check for cleanliness.
- After cleaning, close the drain valve, stop the operation of the mesh belt, and turn off the main power supply.
- Please pull out the plug after each use and start cleaning after the equipment is completely cooled. When cleaning, use a soft cloth soaked in neutral detergent to wipe lightly. Do not use metal brushes, corrosive solvents, etc. to avoid damage to the non-stick coating and the pot. body surface.
Continuous Frying Machine Safety Specifications
- When raising the fryer, insert the bumper at any time to prevent the cover from falling off and hurting people.
- Do not directly touch the high temperature parts with your hands.
- The floor is oily and slippery to prevent slipping and falling.
- Pay attention to prevent water from entering the electric control cabinet, motor and operation buttons.
- When raising the fryer, it must be ensured that there are no other tools and sundries on the cover of the fryer.
- All quick connectors and gaskets must be fastened on the pipeline to prevent loss.
- Before cleaning, the valve and power switch must be closed, and the power switch control cabinet should be covered with plastic to prevent short-circuit burning of water-intake electrical appliances.
- Pay attention to high temperature equipment to prevent burns. During the frying time, the on-site operators cannot take off posts.
- Clean the chimney once a week to prevent the high temperature of oil stains in the chimney from causing the oil residue to spontaneously ignite and cause a fire.
- If caustic soda accidentally touches the skin, rinse it with running water for 15 minutes.
- After frying, the oil inlet and outlet valves should be closed, and the remaining oil in the frying tank should be released for filtering or washing.
