How to Install Spring Roll Wrapper Machine

• The machine is a three-phase power supply, and the power cord is a three-phase four-wire type, of which the green or yellow-green is the ground wire, and the other three are the power cord.
• Please keep the ground where the device is installed as level as possible, and the adjustment feet at the four corners of the fuselage can help stabilize the fuselage.
• The environment where the machine is installed should be kept dry, because the water vapor emitted by the wet ground will shorten the service life of the machine.

• Please install an exhaust fan above the roasting wheel of the spring roll skin machine to exhaust the water vapor in the process. Avoid condensation of water vapor on the building above the roasting wheel, causing water droplets to fall on the finished product.
• Before turning on the power, check the integrity of the outer skin of the power cord, whether there is foreign matter in each feed port, and lubricate the required parts as required.
• When testing the machine, if the roasting wheel rotates clockwise, it means that the power cord is connected correctly, otherwise, please switch any two lines of the power cord.
• The test operation of the empty machine should not be less than 10 minutes, and there should be no impact, vibration and abnormal noise during operation.
