Biscuit Solution Project Team Installed in Jamaica

Recently, Gelgoog held an installation and commissioning briefing and farewell ceremony for the biscuit solution project Jamaica. The meeting was attended by project solution engineers, delivery managers, account managers and on-site delivery engineer leaders.

 

This marks that the project is about to enter a critical implementation phase. The Jamaica Biscuit Project Delivery Team will set off immediately, and the entire delivery cycle is expected to be 55 days.

During the meeting, the Jamaica Biscuit Solution Engineer gave a comprehensive introduction to the project, and emphasized the key nodes and technical difficulties that need special attention during the installation and commissioning process, as well as various precautions.

 

Subsequently, the delivery manager gave a detailed explanation of the installation period, interpreted the installation process and delivery standards, and systematically promoted the problem feedback mechanism, on-site records, safety precautions and discipline requirements. And answered questions raised by the on-site delivery engineer leader.

The biscuit solution project involves the comprehensive intersection of multiple production lines on site in Jamaica, and the situation is relatively complicated. Due to the uncertainty of the hoisting position, the on-site delivery engineer needs to make temporary adjustments, which puts high demands on the delivery team's adaptability and comprehensive coordination capabilities.
