Structural Characteristics of Commercial Wafer Cone Machine

Instructions of Semi Automatic Wafer Cone Making Machine
1. Mold cavity heating: Wipe the mold cavity clean and close the mold, and pre-adjust the baking temperature on the temperature controller. The new machine generally temporarily sets the upper mold to 220°C and the lower mold to 200°C, and then energizes to heat up until it reaches Set the temperature (it takes about 30-40 minutes). At this time, there may be a trace of peculiar smell and light smoke overflowing from the mold. This is caused by the residual anti-rust oil, paint, and adhesive in the heat insulation material being burnt.

2. Trial baking: Raise the upper mold, open the lower mold, clean the rust-proof oil and dirt remaining in each cavity and mold head, and evenly spray the mold release oil (edible atomized silicone oil or refined degreasing oil); Close the lower mold, use the feeder to add batter to each cavity, and cover the upper mold. Set the time to 90 seconds as the baking cycle. When the electric bell reports the news, the mould can be opened.
