Namak Para's Production Process:
Namak para (or namakpare), also nimki or nimkin (or namkin) is ribbon shape strips of pastry. This snack is made up of refined flour, oil and water, delicately seasoned with ajwain and cumin seeds in pure ghee or any oil. It requires approximately 20 minutes to cook, then the appearance, taste, and texture can be compared to that of samosa pastry.
