In January 2022, a batch of electric heating sugar cone making machine produced by GELGOOG for Yemen UDFI company is ready to go. This batch of equipment will help UDFI's ice cream to achieve large-scale production.
UDFI is located in Taiz, the third largest city in Yemen. The first ice cream processing factory in Yemen was established in 1977. In the early 1980s, the first yogurt and its derivatives processing plant was opened. In the same period, a juice factory was added, thus enriching the business categories.
Adhering to the development strategy of adopting the latest manufacturing technology and providing high-quality products, UDFI has gradually developed into one of the largest dairy and food manufacturers in Yemen.
The continuous pursuit of production efficiency improvement and product quality upgrade prompted UDFI to contact GELGOOG. Through video conferences and phone calls, GELGOOG's customer manager learned that the gas energy was unstable.
UDFI currently can only produce electricity with 5 generators, which directly determines that the gas-heated ice cream cone line will not be an option. The customer has doubts about the inability to adopt a fully automatic production line.
Taking into account the output and heating method, the product engineers of GELGOOG listed the advantages of the equipment in the solution one by one, and finally dispelled the customer's concerns. The customer identified a solution for multiple electrically heated sugar cone making machines that could meet high production requirements.
Resilience in the face of setbacks makes clients appreciate GELGOOG's problem-solving ability and full range of services. It is expected that after the official production of the rolled sugar cone machine, UDFI will be more convinced of its original choice.
