The Processing Flow of Prawn Crackers:
Using potato starch, corn starch, tapioca starch and flour as raw materials, this product are extruded and matured by a single screw extruder, then cut the stick into of the same length, and then sliced into shrimp slices of different thicknesses using a slicer.
