Imperial Roll Processing Technology:
After the batter is mixed, pour it into the storage bucket of the fully automatic imperial roll production line designed by our R&D team. The batter is quickly and evenly baked at 150-180 degrees. After being cooled by the conveyor belt, the stuffing is loaded, and the precision-designed wrapping mechanism makes the imperial roll wrappers fully covered with the stuffing and then cut. At least 1500 pieces per hour can be produced.

Performance of Imperial Roll Machine:
1. The whole machine includes spring roll wrapper, automatic stuffing machine, automatic air blowing and stacking device, conveyor belt, etc.
2. The size of imperial rolls can be customized according to customer requirements, the weight of the filling can be adjusted, and the fillings (vegetables, bean paste, meat filling, glutinous rice.)
3. Different types of imperial roll lines are available, and the heating methods are electric heating and gas heating.
Equipment Configuration:
⇒ The rack of the complete set of imperial rolls making machine is made of SUS304 grade stainless steel.
⇒ The conveying mesh belt is a 1.5mm herringbone mesh belt.
⇒ Both the inside and outside of the delivery pump are made of 304 material.
⇒ All panels of the whole set of equipment have a decorative thickness of 1.2mm and a reinforcement of 5mm-8mm.
