The technology of the fully automatic lumpia maker machine is based on using the baked dough sheet to wrap the filling roll to form the lumpia, egg roll. And the whole production line can be continuously produced.

 

The whole equipment includes grouting system, electric heating or gas heating baking system, folding system, vacuum filling system and conveying cooling system.

 

Grouting System: Pump the mixed batter to the lumpia machine, and spread the batter on the rotating baking wheel through the nozzle. During the rotation of the roasting wheel, the batter is also roasted, turning to an angle of 270-300 degrees, then the lumpia wrapper is scraped off the roasting wheel and falls onto the conveyor belt.

 

Induction Device: The photoelectric sensing device will send the position signal of the egg roll wrapper(lumpia wrapper) to the filling machine to ensure that the filling is accurately positioned and filled on the egg roll wrappers.

 

Filling System: The filling is automatically filled by a vacuum filling machine, the filling position can be set by yourself, and each egg roll wrappers position is filled through the distributor.

 

Folding and Rolling System: After the filling is filled into the lumpia wrappers, it continues to be conveyed to the folding system. One side of the lumpia skin is first folded by air blowing, and the other side is folded later. The final dough sheet is folded into the final spring roll through an adjustable rolling system.
