Process Steps of Potato Spring Roll Machine

• Pulping: Whisk together plain flour, pastry flour, starch and water to create a shiny spring roll skin. It can also be equipped with a filter device to make the batter smoother.
• Baking dough sheet: Set the temperature between 110--140°C, depending on the thickness and size of the spring roll wrappers, the rotating speed of the drum, and the temperature setting are also different.
• Filling: Use a vegetable cutter or meat grinder to make various fillings, and then stuff them into the spring roll wrappers. Different styles of spring rolls can be produced.
• Folding and packing: The blowing device blows the two ends of the special-shaped spring roll skin to the middle, folds it, and then rubs it with the rolling pressing device on the top to make spring rolls.
