Working Principle
Put the same weight of dough (usually 20-35 grams) into the mold of the egg tower machine, and then press and shape, and the egg tart crust is finished.
Mold replacement steps: Turn off the power, loosen the upper mold screws, remove the power supply of the electric heating ring, and then loosen the three screws on the disc to take it out.
Install a new mold: After installing the disc, install the upper mold, and test the thickness of the topping in the manual state.
